Working principle:

The machine consists of a hopper, grading wheel, crushing blade, ring gear, crushing motor, discharge port, fan blades, aggregate box, vacuum cleaner box and other parts. The material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper and is crushed by high-speed rotating blades. The distance between the grading wheel and the grading disc is adjusted to achieve the required material fineness. The high-speed rotating blades guide the materials that meet the requirements from the crushing chamber to the cyclone separator for discharge, while the materials that do not meet the requirements continue to be crushed in the crushing chamber. The dust from the cyclone separator is collected and recycled by the pulse dust removal box. The unit is designed according to the "GMP" standard, with a simple structure, easy operation and cleaning, low noise, high output, and all machines are made of high-quality stainless steel materials. There is no dust flying during the crushing process.
